Storage
Store unopened jars in a cool, dark, and dry place. Keep opened jars in the refrigerator.
Shelf life
Unopened, keeps for about 9 to 12 months.
Safety note
For safe jelly, work cleanly and do not reduce the lime juice. Use only sound fruit. Discard jars with mold, a fermented smell, gas formation, spoilage-related cloudiness, or a leaking lid.
